A Prioritized Planning List (free pdf download)
Those of you who have known me for a long time know that I experienced burnout a few years ago.
I know that some of you have also been through similar experiences. The struggle is real.
A major factor in my difficulty was keeping my life organized. A tool that helped me a lot was a simple list of priorities. Every day I begin with prayer: then I read my list yesterday and created my list for the day. Of course, I never finish everything on the list. But if I can finish my 4-5 “Must Do” tasks, I have had a good day. And it also prevents me from letting the “urgent” and “fun” things distract me and steal my productivity. I encourage you to make your own list, or you can download my list in PDF here.
(I put four on a sheet so that you can easily print out a convenient little booklet, see below)
My friends, we live in a world that militates against mental health. Here is a weapon that helped me in this battle. I hope it can help you too. God bless you!
